Rigid Boxes
Nothing creates a great first impression like a solid look and feel. These boxes are rigid and sturdy, creating a high-end perceived value and experience of luxury. Apple’s iPhone box has got to be the most well-known example. We build a box with rigid 32 oz chipboard, then wrap it with laminated paper stock that has been printed with your full color artwork. Rigid boxes can also make use of special effects like silky smooth matte finish, spot gloss, full gloss, metallic spot foil, die cut windows (with or without clear plastic), and magnet latches. Nothing compares to the look and feel of these boxes.
Cardstock Boxes
These are our most cost-effective boxes, created using 12 to 22 point coated board stock, printed full color on one side or both. These boxes are the industry standard solution for most retail and light duty needs. They have the advantage of being shipped and stored flat. Cardstock boxes can also make use of special effects like emboss, matte finish, spot gloss, full gloss, metallic spot foil, and windows.
Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated boxes have the structural strength of our Rigid Boxes at a lower price point. We can print the uncoated brown corrugated stock directly with 1 to 3 colors, or full color printed coated paper stock laminated to the corrugated stock for a higher quality look. These boxes have the advantage of being shipped and stored flat.
When laminating the box with full color stock, we can make use of our special effects like matte finish, spot gloss, full gloss, metallic spot foil, and die cut windows (with or without clear plastic). The corrugated material can be made in a range of thicknesses and strengths to support and protect your product.
Options and Special Effects
We have a variety of ways to make your packaging stand out. We can make elements pop by treating the stock with emboss, metallic spot foil, spot gloss, and matte lamination or varnish. We also offer die cut windows (with or without clear plastic), peel and stick flaps, Hang tabs, and different Stock options. Printed and Unprinted Mockups
A printed mockup is the ultimate proof to approve before full production begins. Mockups can be very useful, allowing potential buyers or partners to experience the look and feel of the physical packaging. You can also post images on your website and begin selling your product before going into production. An unprinted mockup will provide reassurance that your product will fit properly in the packaging.
Product Supports
If your product needs protection and support inside the box, we have you covered. From High-density foam, corrugated and board stock, or molded blister plastic and shaped paper, we can hold your product in a way for the end user to have a great experience.
